Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record, all majors welcome; or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program; or HS diploma/GED with 2 years supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, professional business ethics and strong communication skills.
• Completion of Store Manager training program or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Supervises store front-end and pharmacy operations; supports Store Manager in daily activities and engages in scheduling responsibilities.
• Coaches and trains team members to improve customer service metrics and store performance.
• Manages cash handling, register procedures, and bookkeeping; ensures store assets protection.
