Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager to lead customer service associates and the front-end operations, ensuring daily store performance aligns with company deliverables.

You will support the Store Manager, supervise recruitment and performance, and drive store profitability while maintaining compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. English fluency and flexible scheduling are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or completing Walgreens Leadership Essentials training may be required.
• Two years of supervisory experience in a store environment is acceptable with a HS diploma.
• Strong leadership abilities, ethics, motivation and communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to participate in a store manager training program (LEAP) or equivalent within 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front end operations to support overall store performance.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions for direct reports.
• Collaborates with Store Manager to execute store and pharmacy operations while driving profitability.
• Manages scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provides coaching to team members to improve customer experience and operational metrics.
