Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or Walgreens Internship Program, or HS diploma with 2 years supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities including ethics, self-motivation, communication, and business acumen.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to pursue Store Manager promotion and relocation if offered.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front-end operations.
• Supports Store Manager with store operations and scheduling.
• Develops plans to improve customer service metrics and loyalty.
• Manages cash handling, bank deposits, and store bookkeeping.
• Ensures store is clean, assets protected, and compliant with policies and laws.
