Walgreens seeks an experienced leader to supervise customer service associates and manage front-end, store, and pharmacy operations to support profitability and company standards.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, handle scheduling, training, and performance management, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining compliance. Flexibility and strong communication are essential for progression toward Store Manager.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record; all majors welcome.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Store Manager training LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials completion or willingness to complete within 12 weeks.

• Supervise customer service associates and front-end operations.
• Lead and manage store team including recruitment, hiring, performance management and discipline.
• Support Store Manager in overall store operations and scheduling.
• Collaborate with external partners to drive store initiatives and community outreach.
