Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership abilities including professional business ethics, self-motivation, and strong communication skills.
• Completion of Store Manager training or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front-end operations to meet store goals.
• Leads recruitment, training, performance management, and discipline of team members.
• Manages scheduling, time records, and coverage to ensure proper staffing.
• Supports Store Manager with store operations, data-driven decisions, and profitability.
• Ensures compliance with policies and laws, including alcohol, tobacco, and pharmacy products.
