Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager-level leader to supervise front-end and pharmacy operations, drive store profitability, and lead a team responsible for exceptional customer service. You will partner with the Store Manager to execute company deliverables and manage scheduling, training, and performance across departments.

Ideal candidates bring a strong leadership background, English fluency, and a track record of developing talent.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with strong leadership potential.
Experience leading teams and managing performance.
Completion of Store Manager training (LEAP) or willingness to complete within 12 weeks.
Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings and weekends.
Willingness to relocate for promotion if offered.
Ability to transfer to Walgreens stores within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities
