Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an experienced Store Manager/Executive Service Manager to supervise customer service associates and lead front-end operations, with responsibilities across pharmacy and retail. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or completion of Walgreens Store Manager training (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks of start date.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, professional business ethics, self-motivation, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Supervises customer service associates and front-end team to ensure store operations meet company deliverables.
Supports Store Manager with overall store operations, including scheduling, merchandising, and protecting store assets.
Leads recruitment, performance management, and discipline for direct reports to maintain an engaged team.
Analyzes financial and performance data to drive store improvements and growth initiatives.
Provides coaching and training to improve customer service metrics and frontline operations.
