Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an experienced Store Manager/Executive Store Manager to supervise the front end, pharmacy, and overall operations. You will lead a team, recruit and develop staff, and partner with the Store Manager to achieve company deliverables while ensuring excellent customer service and store profitability.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, inventory, cash handling, and compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, or two years supervisory experience with a HS diploma/GED.
• Proven leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
• Completion of Walgreens LEAP training or willingness to complete within 12 weeks.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends; may require relocation.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens locations within the same area.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and pharmacy operations and drive store performance.
• Recruit, hire, mentor, and discipline team members.
• Engage customers, resolve complaints, and enhance customer experience.
• Manage scheduling, cash handling, and store assets.
• Analyze financial data and KPIs to drive improvements.
• Coordinate training and development through LEAP and ongoing coaching.
• Support store strategy with Store Manager and District Manager.
