Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Walgreens Community Internship Program or High School Diploma/GED with two years in supervisory role.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong communication and business acumen.
• Completion of Store Manager training (LEAP) or willingness to complete within 12 weeks of start.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English; flexible schedule availability.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters; manages front end and provides recommendations for Pharmacy and Retail Store operations.
• Supports Store Manager to achieve company deliverables; works alternate schedule with minimal overlap; oversees store activities in Store Manager's absence.
• Leads and manages store team members including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline to meet deliverables.
• Monitors customer service, coaches and trains staff, resolves complaints, and improves customer experience and loyalty.
• Supervises store operations including cash handling, scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and adherence to policies and laws.
