Walgreens in the United States is seeking an experienced store operations leader to supervise customer service associates, front-end operations and the pharmacy and retail store teams. You will work with the Store Manager to deliver company goals, handle scheduling, coaching, and performance management, and ensure excellent customer experiences across pharmacy and front-end services.

The role requires strong leadership, English fluency, and willingness to participate in management training

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Walgreens internship program or HS diploma with two years supervisory experience.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, professional ethics, self-motivation and strong communication skills.
Willingness to complete Store Manager training program (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks of ESM start date.

Responsabilités

Supervises customer service associates and front-end/store operations to meet company deliverables.
Leads recruitment, performance management, and discipline of team members.
Monitors customer service metrics and coaches issues to improve loyalty and satisfaction.
Manages store operations including scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and safety.
