Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; or High School Diploma/GED with two years in a supervisory role.
• Leadership abilities including ethics, self-motivation, and strong communication.
• Store Manager LEAP training or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks for ESM role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-end and pharmacy operations and store team members.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and manage performance of direct reports.
