Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an experienced Store Manager-level candidate to supervise customer service, front-end operations and pharmacy support. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, optimize staffing, and ensure compliance with company policies.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and budgetary insight, with shifts including extended days, evenings, and weekends. A degree or equivalent supervisory experience is required, along with English fluency and LEAP/Leadership training

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program.
Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings and weekends.
Completion of Store Manager training LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
Ability to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets.

Responsibilities

Supervises customer service associates and front-end store operations to achieve company deliverables.
Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management and discipline of team members.
Supports Store Manager with overall store operations and data-driven decision making.
Monitors store and pharmacy inventory, pricing changes and resets.
Ensures safety, policy compliance and execution of store and district initiatives.
