Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion to a different store location.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front-end operations.
• Supports Store Manager with overall store operations to achieve deliverables.
• Leads and manages team members, including recruitment, hiring, performance management and discipline.
• Manages store cash handling, including register counts and bank deposits.
• Oversees inventory for front end and pharmacy and trains staff on SOPs.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Provides coaching to improve customer experience and drive loyalty.
