Action Behavior Centers in Charlotte, NC is seeking an ABA Student Analyst (Master's Level) to provide early intervention therapy to children, under supervision of a BCBA, within our center-based program.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a master’s in ABA or related field, have completed most fieldwork hours, and are excited to advance toward BCBA certification; the role offers no-cost supervision, bonuses, and a clear career path through leadership tracks.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited master’s program for applied behavior analysis or related field.
• Has completed 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000).
• Proof of enrollment and eligibility for fieldwork hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shape the minds of children aged 18 months to 13 years.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Develop clinical skills under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and the care team to uphold ABC’s values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
