Ideal candidates are enrolled in a master’s program in behavior analysis with at least 85% of fieldwork hours completed. This role includes structured study time and career growth toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited masters program in behavior analysis.
• Completed at least 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000).
• Proof of enrollment and ongoing supervision hours required.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Develop clinical skills under supervision of a BCBA.
• Allocate 8 hours per week to study modules.
