Job summary

Action Behavior Centers, a premier ABA provider for children with autism in Chicago, seeks an ABA Student Analyst (Master's level) to join our Rising Stars program. You will gain supervision hours, work toward BCBA certification, and progress through leadership tracks while delivering center-based early intervention therapy for children aged 18 months to 13 years.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited master’s program.
• 85% of fieldwork hours completed (1700/2000 hours).
• All Restricted hours completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Work with children ages 18 months to 13 years.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Develop clinical skills under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team aligned with ABC values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining.
