Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a dedicated ABA Student Analyst (Master's Level) to support early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children aged 18 months to 13 years. You will collect data, implement individualized treatment plans, and develop clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.

The program emphasizes a strong BCBA pathway with structured study groups, no-cost supervision hours, and tuition/support benefits.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited masters program
• Fieldwork hours completion: 85% of required hours (1700/2000)
• All Restricted hours completed

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
• Work with children aged 18 months to 13 years
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans
• Develop clinical skills under BACB supervision
• Collaborate with BCBA and care team
• Allocate 8 hours per week for BDS modules
• Prepare for and sit BACB exam within 6 months of joining
