Action Behavior Centers in North Carolina is seeking a motivated ABA Student Analyst (Master's Level) to support early intervention services in a center-based setting. You will work under BCBA supervision, collect data, and help implement individualized treatment plans for children from 18 months to 13 years old.

The role emphasizes fieldwork completion, collaboration with our clinical team, and dedicated study time to advance toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited master's program.
• 85% of fieldwork hours completed (1700/2000).
• All Restricted hours completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shaping minds of children aged 18 months to 13 years.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Develop clinical skills under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBA’s and team aligned with ABC’s core values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining.
