Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a motivated ABA Student Analyst (Master's Level) to join our team in a center-based setting. You will provide early intervention therapy to children under supervision, collect data, and implement individualized plans while developing clinically under an experienced BCBA.

You will work toward becoming a BCBA, with structured support, bonuses based on hours accrued, and a clear path for advancement within our leadership tracks.

Qualifications

• Student Analyst is an enrolled master's student in a behavior analysis related program.
• Accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000) by start date.
• All Restricted hours completed as part of the program.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shape the minds of children aged 18 months to 13 years through ABA.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Develop clinical skills under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBA and care team on patient progress and goals.
• Allocate 8 hours per week of non-direct-care time for BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
