Nexamp is seeking a Junior Control Room Operator for its 24/7 Operations Center in Lawrence, MA. You will monitor real-time performance of solar and storage assets and perform basic remote troubleshooting to ensure safe, reliable operation.

The role requires clear communication with customers and teams and strict adherence to SOPs. This full-time position offers a 40-hour week, including weekends/holidays, with shifts between 7am and 5:30pm ET.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in a technical or operations environment.
• Basic knowledge of electricity/electrical terms is a plus.
• Ability to work 40 hours/week including weekends/holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Monitor daily production and status of solar and storage assets.
• Review alarms, analyze events, and escalate as needed.
• Perform basic remote troubleshooting per SOPs.
• Communicate with customers, utilities, and field teams via multiple channels.
• Maintain logs in monitoring and fleet systems for reporting.
• Support continuous improvement of monitoring practices and SOPs.
