Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience in electrical systems, control rooms, or industrial operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor real-time control systems (SCADA) to ensure safe performance.
• Make quick, informed decisions to maintain license limits and public safety.
• Implement generation schedules and respond to grid conditions and weather events.
