UST in Summit, NJ is seeking a Junior Project Manager focused on Supply Chain and New Product Introduction. You will lead projects and programs, manage timelines and milestones, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver results in a fast-paced consumer products environment.

The role requires 2-3 years’ experience in project coordination/management, knowledge of supply chain or NPI in cosmetics, strong analytics, and excellent communication skills.

Formación

• 2-3 years’ experience in a Project Coordinator / Project Manager role.
• Supply Chain knowledge and experience or New Product experience in the Cosmetic / Consumer Product Industry.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Creating and managing the Project Timeline, and identify key Milestones.
• Leading weekly team meetings.
• Communication Skills and cross functional teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects/programs within supply chain.
• Adherence to overall project plan and timeline.
• Lead meetings with timelines, milestones, charts on projects to ensure timeline met and communication to key stakeholders and team members.
• Recommend key metrics and keep projects on track.
• Create PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and Process Maps as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

The Project Objective:

• Lead projects transitioning into a new Supply Chain and New Product Introduction programs to deliver business results

We are looking for an individual with the following experience:

• 2-3 years’ experience in a Project Coordinator / Project Manager role
• Supply Chain knowledge and experience or New Product experience in the Cosmetic / Consumer Product Industry
• Strong Analytical skills
• Creating and managing the Project Timeline, and identify key Milestones
