UST is actively seeking a Junior Project Manager to lead Supply Chain and New Product Introduction initiatives for a global consumer products company.

You will create and manage project timelines, lead weekly meetings, and ensure the project plan stays on track while communicating progress to key stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Office is required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of project management experience in supply chain or NPI in cosmetics/CP industries.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes or NPI in consumer products.

Responsibilities

Junior Project Manager

The Role

UST is searching for a Junior Project Manager; Supply Chain and New Product Introduction to join a World-Renowned Global Consumer Products, Personal Care, Cosmetics corporation.

What You'll Do

• Lead projects transitioning into a new Supply Chain and New Product Introduction programs to deliver business results
• Creating and managing the Project Timeline, and identify key Milestones
• Leading weekly team meetings
• Adherence to overall project plan and timeline
• Lead meetings with timelines, milestones, charts on projects to ensure timeline met and communication to key stakeholders and team members
• Recommend key metrics and keep projects on track
• Create PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and Process Maps as needed

What You Need

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• 2-3 years' experience in a Project Coordinator / Project Manager role

Location & Compensation

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Hybrid - New Jersey

Compensation Range: $88,000-$132,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
