Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a remote Project Manager for a leading consumer goods client in the Self Care portfolio (oral care, allergy, wound care). You will own artwork and packaging changes, manufacturing site transfers, and product variations, driving timelines from planning through execution.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in consumer goods, with strong cross-functional coordination across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, R&D, Packaging and Marketing, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in consumer goods.
• Experience managing timelines, milestones, and dependencies across Supply/Demand Planning, Manufacturing, R&D, Packaging and Marketing.
• Experience leading weekly project meetings and documenting clear notes, updates and next steps.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project or similar to manage timelines.

One of our CPG clients sitting in northern New Jersey area is seeking a remote Project Manager to support projects across its Self Care portfolio (includes oral care, allergy, and wound care products). This individual will manage projects such as artwork and packaging changes, manufacturing site transfers, new product variations, and product count or size changes. The Project Manager will own project timelines, milestones, and deliverables while leading weekly meetings and ensuring action items stay on track. They will work closely with teams across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, R&D, Packaging, and Marketing to coordinate projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience within the consumer goods industry or another product-focused environment and can balance the big-picture goal with detailed project execution.

Must Haves

• 5+ years of project management experience within the consumer goods industry
• Experience managing project timelines, milestones, and dependencies across Supply/Demand Planning, Manufacturing, R&D, Packaging, and Marketing or Operations
• Experience managing projects involving artwork/label changes, packaging changes, product count/size changes, manufacturing site transfers, or product variations
• Experience leading weekly project meetings and documenting clear notes, updates, and next steps
• Experience using Microsoft Project or a similar software to manage project timelines

Plusses

• Project management experience at Kenvue or J&J
• Experience supporting and managing projects related to New Product Development / New Product Introduction (NPD/NPI)
• Experience using Planisware to track and manage project timelines
• Local to Summit, NJ / Fort Washington, PA and able to come onsite when helpful, though remote candidates are acceptable
