Job summary
Aston Carter is seeking a Lead Sourcing Program Manager to oversee sourcing across the full product lifecycle from NPI through production ramp. This hybrid role anchors supplier readiness and risk mitigation while collaborating with engineering, operations, and leadership to drive successful launches in a high-growth manufacturing environment.
Based in Somerset, NJ with a 3-day onsite requirement, relocation is available for non-local candidates.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, or program management.
- Experience in NPIs environments.
- Experience owning sourcing from launch through production ramp.
- Strong cross-functional experience with engineering, operations, and supply chain.
- Executive-level presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Own sourcing strategy and execution across end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Interface between engineering, operations, and supply chain.
- Drive supplier readiness for launches and ramp.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Lead cross-functional alignment for milestones.
- Manage sourcing deliverables and timelines.
- Partner with category managers to execute strategies.
- Analyze data and provide insights for decisions.
- Present program updates and risks to leadership.
