Job summary

Thermo Systems LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager to help deliver automation and control system projects. You will collaborate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field teams to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality meet expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related discipline.
• 0 to 3+ years of experience supporting project delivery in industrial, automation, or systems integration environments.
• Exposure to structured project execution methods and project lifecycle management practices.
• CAPM certification preferred or progress toward PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Support project execution from start through commissioning and closeout.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field service teams.
• Track risks, issues, and change orders with documentation and resolution.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and gate deliverables.
