Job summary

WebstaurantStore is seeking candidates for an Operations Leadership Trainee in Savannah, GA. The 14-week rotational program covers inbound to outbound processes, including Receiving, Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Inventory Control.

Participants learn through hands-on training and leadership principles to prepare for an off-shift leadership role. Upon completion, there is potential for a leadership position within the Savannah warehouse.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leadership experience with a team of 10+ preferred.
• Experience in distribution environment preferred but not required.
• No degree required; relevant skills valued.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day decisions of the assigned department/shift regarding performance and leadership.
• Learn processes of each department/shift and identify inter-department connections for improvement.
• Engage in leadership discussions and apply WebstaurantStore leadership principles.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly metrics and assist with corrective actions.
• Interact with employees to promote engagement and ensure safety rules are followed.
