Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience leading a team of 15+ employees preferred.
• Experience in a distribution environment preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills essential for fast-paced operations.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day decisions for the assigned department/shift regarding performance and processes.
• Learn how each department interacts and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead discussions and apply WebstaurantStore leadership principles to daily work.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly metrics; identify and resolve operational issues and support corrective actions.
• Engage with employees to promote high engagement and ensure safety rules are followed.
