Job summary

WebstaurantStore is seeking dedicated and hardworking candidates with leadership qualities to join our Distribution Center in Dayton, NV. The 8-week rotational program guides you through inbound to outbound operations, building practical knowledge of our goals and initiatives while preparing you for a leadership role.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leadership experience managing a team of 15+ employees.
• Experience in a distribution environment preferred but not required.
• This role does not require a degree; relevant skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day decisions of the assigned department/shift regarding performance, process and leadership.
• Learn how each department interacts and identify areas for improvement.
• Engage in leadership discussions and apply WebstaurantStore leadership principles.
• Monitor metrics and assist with corrective actions and discipline.
• Interact with employees to promote engagement and safety compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
