Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day decisions of the assigned department/shift regarding performance, process and leadership.
• Learn and understand the process of each department/shift and how they interact.
• Engage in leadership discussions and apply leadership principles to daily work.
• Monitor metrics (daily/weekly/monthly) and resolve operating issues; support corrective actions.
• Interact with employees to promote engagement and ensure safety rules are followed.
