Qualifications

• Related Construction experience with five years in electrical or construction contractor field.
• Experience with projects ranging from $500,000 to $10M is crucial.
• Knowledge of design techniques and principles for technical plans.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct project employees and prepare strategic plans.
• Manage change orders and project cash flow.
• Document project issues and maintain as-builts.
• Plan project completion and execute punch list.
• Represent the company in discussions with customers and contractors.
