Job description

• Support contract management, legal technology administration, and financial operations for a global tech organization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering to streamline legal workflows and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage contract intake, routing, approvals, and signatures while providing timely stakeholder updates.
• Review contracts using AI-assisted tools and escalate nonstandard terms to attorneys.
• Monitor outside counsel billing, track accruals, and maintain accurate legal spend records.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of legal operations, contract management, or paralegal experience, ideally in SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with CLM platforms like Ironclad, Icertis, Agiloft, or DocuSign CLM.
• Strong organizational, communication, and AI-tool skills with a proactive mindset.
• Annual salary of US$103,600–$148,000 plus equity.
• Fully remote work with flexible scheduling and generous PTO.
