Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple construction initiatives from initiation through close-out, ensuring they stay within scope, budget, and schedule. The role requires strong leadership to guide project teams and maintain client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will manage scopes, budgets, schedules, and risk while coordinating with field personnel, subcontractors, and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive project management experience in energy construction (oil & gas pipelines, power, utility infrastructure).
• Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects.
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies, tools, and techniques (PMP certification is a plus).
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Manage change orders, claims, and other project-related documentation.
• Conduct project close-out activities, including final inspections, punch lists, and financial reconciliation.

• Thorough knowledge of relevant safety regulations and construction codes.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
