Qualifications

• At least 48 college hours required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience working with cognitive and/or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Willingness to pursue Special Education teaching certification.

Responsabilités

• Assist in educational and social development of students under facilitator guidance.
• Support implementation of Individual Education Plans and monitor progress.
• Assist students inside and outside the classroom to participate in activities.
• Collaborate with speech therapists, social workers, and therapists.
• Maintain student records and support behavior management.
