Job summary

City of Cheyenne’s Ice & Events division seeks a Rink Supervisor to ensure top-notch customer service at 28 - Ice & Events Center, Cheyenne. This part-time role includes opening/closing the facility, supervising rink attendants, and maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the venue.

The position requires 16 years of age or older with a sound work ethic and the ability to work irregular hours including nights and weekends. Training in relevant procedures may be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age at time of application.
• Preferred: Experience within related facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patrons.
• Handling customer questions and concerns.
• Money handling.
• Provide information to patrons concerning programs, pricing, and schedules.
• Oversight of Part-Time Rink Attendants.
• Facility opening and closing.
• Custodial services, including sweeping, mopping, glass cleaning, and restroom/locker room cleaning.
• Concessions and food handling as needed.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
