Waukesha County Park System is seeking a Head Ice Arena Attendant to support ice rink operations and respond to customer needs. The role emphasizes safety, supervision of staff, and delivering positive experiences in a community setting.

Ideal candidates can skate, follow written and oral instructions, work with a team, and provide friendly service while handling cash and opening/closing duties. Evening shifts, weekends, and some holidays are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises part-time staff.
• Operates ice equipment.
• Assists in running Learn to Skate.
• Watches over skaters for safety.
• Operates POS cash register per policies.
• Opens and closes the facility.
• Provides excellent customer service.
• Interacts with customers and coworkers professionally.
• Maintains a safe, sanitary work area.
• Performs basic cleaning tasks.
