Job summary

City of Cheyenne is seeking a part-time Rink Supervisor to deliver friendly customer service, oversee rink attendants, and ensure facility cleanliness and safety. The role includes opening/closing duties and adhering to the City’s policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will handle concessions as needed and provide information on programs, pricing, and schedules while maintaining professional communication with staff and the public.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age at time of application.
• Experience in related facility preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to patron questions.
• Handle cash transactions and money handling accurately.
• Inform patrons about programs, pricing, and schedules.
• Oversee part-time rink attendants and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Maintain facility cleanliness including restrooms, locker rooms, and public spaces.
• Assist with concessions and food handling as needed.
• Follow directions from Ice & Events Manager, Program Coordinator, and Night Manager.
