Job summary

The Rinks Foundation in Orange County is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily rink operations across front desk, skate counter, snack bar, skate guard, scorekeeper and party host duties. You will deliver friendly guest service and accurate cash handling during public sessions.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing sales at the POS, sizing skates, coordinating locker check-in/out, and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• Education - Less Than High School
• Experience Required - 0-1 Year
• Must be 16 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Operate the front desk and POS, cash handling with accuracy
• Greet Guests and provide excellent customer service
• Coordinate locker check-in/check-out and skate size selection
• Distribute skates, manage line flow, and sharpen rental skates as needed
• Maintain snack bar knowledge and handle daily cash activities
• Safeguard public sessions and monitor rink safety
• Set up and decorate party rooms and supervise events
