QualX LLC in Washington, DC seeks an Evaluations Specialist to support the DRMD Records and Information Management Evaluation Program through all stages of the evaluation process. You will coordinate with DRMD leadership and DON commands to schedule evaluations, conduct interviews, validate RIM practices, and prepare comprehensive findings and recommendations.

This role requires a Top Secret clearance, collaboration with federal agencies, and travel as needed, with a mix of on-site and telework.

Qualifikationen

• Top Secret Clearance required.
• Experience with Federal executive agencies, DoD, or DON records functions.
• Bachelor’s Degree in information management or equivalent.
• Ability to collaborate with team and work independently, with travel flexibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Support the DRMD Records and Information Management Evaluation Program through all stages of the evaluation process.
• Coordinate with DRMD leadership and DON commands to schedule evaluations, conduct interviews and provide evaluation findings.
• Validate and analyze RIM practices, file plans, and supporting documentation from DON commands; prepare pre-evaluation assessments.
• Develop familiarity with RIM evaluation procedures and participate in command evaluation interviews.
• Prepare comprehensive written reports documenting evaluation findings, compliance scores, and actionable recommendations.
• Develop knowledge of DON/DoD/NARA guidelines and apply to RIM evaluations.
• Edit and revise evaluation procedures, SOPs and documentation for continuous progress improvement.
