Job summary

IRWA Chapter 36 in Texas is seeking a Records Analyst to join our team in Austin, Dallas, and/or Houston. The role focuses on collecting data, gathering information, performing standard analysis, and preparing documents and visual aids for internal reviews.

The successful candidate will provide QA/QC of parcel documents, attend eminent domain proceedings to take notes and prepare data sheets, and assist with billing, payments, and file maintenance.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Notary Public preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
