Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Right of Way Project Manager to lead area teams, coordinate project delivery, and grow the right-of-way practice across the Mid Atlantic region.

The role focuses on client management, project leadership, and adherence to QA/QC standards, within HDR's employee-owned culture. Ideal candidates bring at least 7 years in project management, a PMP or similar certification, and a track record of managing budgets and staff across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related professional experience.
• 7 years related experience.
• Minimum of 2 years project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Active participation in employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide area leadership of technical capabilities within the right-of-way business class.
• Build and retain relationships with team, project managers, and client development managers.
• Monitor team performance to achieve defined goals and support project management.
• Provide strategic input on business trends to leadership and planning.
• Facilitate teamwork and cross-office collaboration to meet goals and client needs.
• Manage projects as client manager and project manager, ensuring QA/QC procedures.
