Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7 years related experience.
• 2 years project management experience.
• Ability to interact with various design teams and strong organizational and communication skills.
• Active participation in employee‑owned culture is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide area leadership of technical capabilities within the right-of-way business class.
• Build and retain strong relationships with team, project managers, and client development managers.
• Monitor team performance to achieve defined goals and support project management and operations.
• Provide strategic input on business trends to planning and management.
• Facilitate teamwork and communication across offices and staff.
• Serve as a client manager, project principal, and project manager.
• Maintain QA/QC procedures and best practices.
• Manage production and project delivery to meet utilization targets.
• Support pursuits and proposal development.
