HDR Denver is seeking a Right of Way Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end ROW programs for transportation, power, and water projects, coordinating cross‑disciplinary teams and managing budgets and schedules.

As an employee‑owned company, HDR values collaboration, accountability and strong client relationships. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and several years of ROW experience with solid PM and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and related professional experience.
• 7 years related experience.
• A minimum of 2 years project management experience.
• Ability to interact with various design teams with excellent organizational, project management and communication (written and verbal) skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage all aspects of basic to complex, small, medium, and large right of way projects.
• Manage project execution to ensure work is completed within contract, budget and schedule.
• Participate in project financial reviews with area accounting and leadership team.
• Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams including internal and external resources.
• Manage the execution of tasks such as land valuation, title research, property assessments, risk analysis, negotiation and acquisition of land rights, construction coordination, and utility relocation/coordination.
• Adhere to QA/QC procedures and maintain positive client relationships.
• Participate in marketing, project pursuits, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the local ROW market.
• Perform other duties as needed.
