Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Right of Way Project Manager to lead end-to-end ROW projects across multiple Colorado locations and Wyoming. You will drive scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating internal design teams, external resources, and client interactions.

Applicants should have 7+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with PM credentials preferred. The role emphasizes collaboration in an employee-owned culture with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage basic to complex right of way projects.
• Manage project execution within contract, budget and schedule.
• Participate in project financial reviews with leadership.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and resources.
• Oversee land valuation, title research, and property assessments.
• Adhere to QA/QC procedures.
• Establish positive client relationships and contribute to proposals.
• Serve as subject matter expert for the local right of way market.
• Perform other duties as needed.
