Job summary

HDR, Inc. invites applications for a Right of Way Project Manager based in our Colorado offices.

The role oversees end-to-end right of way services for transportation, power, and water projects, coordinating internal and external teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery. Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree, 7 years of related experience, and at least 2 years in project management, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent
• 7 years related experience
• At least 2 years project management experience
• Ability to interact with various design teams and strong organizational, PM and communication skills
• Active participant in HDR's employee-owned culture

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of basic to complex, small, medium, and large right of way projects
• Manage project execution within contract, budget and schedule
• Participate in project financial reviews with area accounting and leadership
• Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams including internal and external resources
• Manage land valuation, title research, property assessments, risk analysis, negotiation and land rights acquisition
• Adhere to QA/QC procedures
• Establish and maintain positive client relationships
• Participate in marketing, project pursuits, proposal development, and contract negotiations
• Act as a subject matter expert for the local area right of way market
• Perform other duties as needed
