Job summary

ORC is seeking a senior program leader to direct a portfolio of utility right of way projects. The role emphasizes cross-project alignment on scope, schedule, budgets, and standards, while guiding Project Managers and maintaining strong client partnerships.

You will own forecasting, financial metrics, and delivery discipline, with travel as needed and a focus on scalable growth and risk management. This is a remote role with TN residency required for reporting and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of right of way experience with leadership across multiple projects or programs.
• Proven track record directing project managers or large delivery teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license and access to a smartphone for ORC systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct a program of related utility right of way projects across scope, schedule, budget, and standards.
• Guide and support Project Managers, balancing resources and priorities.
• Serve as primary client contact, maintaining frequent communication and strong relationships.
• Own program reporting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Establish and enforce consistent delivery standards, tools and processes.
• Manage program risks and escalations before reaching the client.
• Partner with leadership on staffing plans and program growth.
