Job summary

ORC seeks a seasoned Senior Right of Way Program Manager to lead a multi-state utility program from a remote home office. You will align scope, schedules, budgets, and standards while guiding project managers and maintaining strong client partnerships.

You’ll own forecasting, deliverables, and risk management, ensuring quality and growth through leadership of cross-functional teams and strategic staffing decisions. Minimal travel is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of right of way experience, including leadership across multiple projects or programs.
• Prior experience directing project managers or large delivery teams.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite — specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• An iOS or Android smartphone to access ORC’s systems.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Direct a program of related utility right of way projects — aligning scope, schedules, budgets, and standards across the portfolio.
• Guide and support Project Managers, balancing resources and priorities across projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining frequent communication and building strong, long-term relationships through consistent engagement and day-to-day partnership.
• Own program-level reporting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Establish and enforce consistent delivery standards, tools, and processes.
• Manage program risks and escalations before they reach the client.
• Partner with leadership on staffing plans and growth for the program.
