ORC is seeking an Utilities Project Manager to lead right of way projects for utility clients, owning scope, schedule, budget, and quality from kickoff through closeout. You will direct a project team, balance workloads, and be the primary client contact, delivering clear status updates and fostering lasting relationships.

The role requires strong budgeting, scheduling, and organizational skills with a focus on timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years Right of Way acquisition experience with at least 1 year of project management
• Minimum 6 years Right of Way acquisition experience with at least 3 years of project management
• Minimum 8 years Right of Way acquisition experience with at least 5 years of project management

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of right of way projects for utility clients — owning scope, schedule, budget, and quality from kickoff through closeout
• Direct and support a project team of at least 5 team members, balancing workloads and removing roadblocks
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering clear status reporting and building lasting relationships
• Monitor project financials, forecasts, and staffing plans
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project guidelines, client requirements, and applicable regulations
• Support proposals, pricing, and business development for new work
