Job summary

ORC is seeking a remote Utilities Project Manager to lead right of way projects, owning scope, schedule, budget, and quality. You will manage a team of five, serve as the main client contact, and report progress while ensuring compliance with regulations and client requirements.

This full-time role requires travel less than 25% and allows home-office flexibility within OH, MI, PA, WV, KY, or IN. A PMP is a bonus, with competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years Right of Way acquisition experience with at least 1 year of project management
• Strong budgeting and scheduling skills
• Proven client management and relationship-building capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of right of way projects for utility clients—owning scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Direct and support a project team of at least 5 members
• Serve as primary client contact delivering clear status reports
• Monitor project financials, forecasts, and staffing plans
• Ensure work complies with guidelines and regulations
• Support proposals, pricing, and business development
