Job summary

ORC is seeking a seasoned Utilities Project Manager to lead right-of-way projects for utility clients, owning scope, schedule, budget and quality from kickoff to closeout. This full-time remote role supports a multi-state footprint with travel up to 25%.

You will direct a project team, be the primary client contact, monitor financials and staffing, and ensure compliance with client requirements and regulations. The posting shows levels 1–3 with pay ranging from $87,460 to $133,419 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience leading project teams or managing right‑of‑way projects, preferably on utility transmission or distribution work.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite — Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for field sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of right‑of‑way projects for utility clients — owning scope, schedule, budget, and quality from kickoff through closeout.
• Direct and support a project team of agents and specialists, balancing workloads and removing roadblocks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering clear status reporting and building lasting relationships.
• Monitor project financials, forecasts, and staffing plans.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project guidelines, client requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Support proposals, pricing, and business development for new work.
